In this training, our broker and manager roleplay the entire listing process which we've broke up into:

  1. Initial Call and Pre-Qualification
  2. Initial Appointment - Understanding the Home and Client Goals
  3. Final Appointment - Marketing Plan, Pricing, and the Contract

Mark Cheng, Broker of IRN Realty acts as the listing agent and Cindy Wang, Manager of IRN Realty acts as the Seller.
